Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an appointment a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. 50% of the treatment price will be charged for less than 24 hours notice. The full treatment price will be charged for a 'no-show'.

New Client, Group Bookings and Wedding Package Policy

Credit/debit card details will be required at the time of booking and in some cases a deposit will be requested. No payment will be taken unless the above cancellation policy is breached. A deposit will be returned providing the above cancellation rules are respected.

Gift Vouchers

Please provide your gift card number when making a booking with a gift vouchers. Vouchers are redeemable against all beauty treatments and products. This does not include promotions or special offers. They are valid for six months and will NOT be accepted after this period.
